What is different about my main headshot?

Your main headshot is the most important design element we'll need to create your site.  This headshot will be used to create the main design image(s) featured throughout your website, whereas any secondary headshots/photos will live on your photo page.

Can I update my main headshot with the online Updater?

Unlike the images on your photo page, which can be easily added, removed, and rearranged using our online Updater, your main headshot is not so readily accessible and must be updated by us.  Because it is not easily updated and involves recreating all of your website design images, please make sure you select the correct/preferred photo.

Is there a limit to updating my main headshot?

We understand that new professional headshots are taken from time to time, and are happy to update your site with this important material as part of our included service.  While there is no official limit on this major update, we do not expect it to happen more than once or twice a year, which should be more than enough considering the typical lifespan for professional headshots.  We ask that you do not abuse this service casually or on a "whim," and request it only when a new professional headshot is taken.  If you have concerns regarding this policy we are happy to discuss it further on an individual basis.
